Simone Biles Wins 25th Gold and Becomes Most Decorated Gymnast In World Championship History

Stuttgart, Germany: On Sunday, Octobber 13, 2010, US AfroAmerican Simone Biles Biles made history.  She dominated  everywhere: floor, vault, and beam. In the end,  she took her 25th gold medal  and surpassed the reigning record holder, Belarussian Vitaly Scherbo, who had a record of 23 World medals won in the 1990s.  

Simone Biles Biles, 22, took home five of 6 gold medals in Gymnastics, the maximun that were available in Stuttgart, Germany.  This is not the first time she outdoes everone. As a teenager, she dominated exercises and ended up with four golds medals in total during the Nanning, China World Gymnastics championshis, on Sunday Oct 12, 2014. With her win then, and the score of the US team, the United States topped the favored  China team, which came in second, and North Korea,  in the third place. 

Now, she has become the unbeatable World record holder, many young gymnasts will be looking up to for years to come.

"It's older than my age, so I'm pretty thrilled with it," she told the media, after the win.

She clearly was delighted and happy to share the fun.
